A civil servant is not a choice

Menjadi Abdi Negara

Abdi became State

Two recent months we can see bustle of job seekers who take care of some necessary documents such as the Yellow Card (Card Seeker), letters of Police Notes (SKCK), Educational institutions, Drug Free Certificate, and others. Various types of institutions ranging from relevant government agencies, police, mental hospitals, and others seem crowded crowded with job seekers who are willing to queue to get the desired document. For myself, all the documents I have prepared several months earlier so that I no longer need to queue as it is.

It has become customary that every moment reception of Civil Servants (PNS) in government agencies that require the prospective workers are certainly going to be busy taking care of all the files that are required completeness at time of application later. Registration period short enough along with the number of applicants is high enough to cause them all as soon as possible finish all the files that can be inserted before the registration deadline ends.

PNS syndrome, probably very appropriate phrase to describe our current situation where the work became a civil servant civil servants, aka everyone's dreams. The number of applicants is increasing every year shows that the present opportunity to gain a little more work, not comparable with the population of productive age are owned by our country today. Not to mention that the Indonesian economy continued to fluctuate making the situation more complex.

Life of old days that promise to retire if the money is no longer a civil servant working on the labor candidates willing to do anything to get away with being a civil servant. There are even some who would spend some money to get their "quota" to be a servant of the state diversified II A, II C or III A. This practice flourished because of the more strongly supported by rogue elements who are not responsible for making this moment of acceptance of civil servants as a promising commodity, said people's moral hazard. Yes have become law if no one is selling, where can we buy it??

Essentially one, as long as we still have the money to pay for these elements we do not have to worry about the difficulty finding a job. Instead, job seekers who come from families who just barely, hopes to become a civil servant could be considered as owl missed months. Increasingly prosperous rich and the poor get poorer because they can not work.

From a personal standpoint, a pns for me is not a primary option. I know that in the days that everything was assessed with the money now, very hard we can get a chance to become a civil servant for the system used did not change. But as a man who is religious, does not hurt us to try for his effort. It's better to try first and then did not pass than not doing anything because Allah SWT did not like most of his servant who resigned to live simply accept the fate they experienced.

Incidentally in the near future civil servants receiving the selection test will be carried out, as one among the thousands who will compete to fill some vacant formation, I also have made some preparations needed. But, rather than preparation in the form of providing funds loh ya. Let me however I still have to PASS the test effort later civil servants, rather than OPTIMIS PASS because we believe there are other factors that allow us to pass the Almighty God. Amiinnn ... (DW)
