Hari Pertama Pengajuan Bacaleg, KPU Kubu Raya Terima Kedatangan Dua Partai

Pengajuan Bacaleg ke KPU Kubu Raya Hari Pertama

Adapun kedua partai yang datang ke Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kubu Raya untuk mendaftarkan bacalegnya pada hari pertama adalah PDI Perjuangan dan Partai Nasdem. Masing-masing partai mengajukan bacaleg sebanyak 45 orang untuk tujuh daerah pemilihan (dapil).

Menurut Ketua KPU Kubu Raya, Karyadi mengatakan bahwa para bacaleg yang namanya telah masuk dalam daftar harus memenuhi beberapa persyaratan, salah satu diantaranya adalah ijazah legalisir.

“Dibutuhkan kurang lebih satu bulan proses verifikasi administrasi tersebut. Dari semua daftar nama bacaleg yang diajukan, memiliki latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda. Ada yang menggunakan ijazah SMA, D3, S1, bahkan ada juga yang Paket C”, demikian jelasnya.

Dirinya menambahkan untuk proses verifikasi mengenai keabsahan ijazah legalisir yang diserahkan, bukan berada di ranah KPU Kubu Raya. Selama pada saat diterima sudah terdapat legalisir dari pihak sekolah atau lembaga berwenang, sebenarnya sudah dapat dianggap sah.

“Selama itu ada legalisir dari dinas atau sekolah terkait, sah-sah saja. Karena dalam pembuktiaan kebenarannya bukan diranah kita. Makanya ada tahapan tanggapan masyarakat nanti,” tegasnya di depan para awak media yang sedang meminta keterangan.

Penerimaan dan Pemeriksaan Berkas Dokumen

Dari 45 bacaleg di tujuh dapil yang diajukan PDI Perjuangan dan Partai Nasdem, semua dokumen fisik telah diterima. Sedangkan untuk dokumen digitalnya juga telah diperiksa melalui Sistem Informasi Pencalonan (Silon) dari kedua partai tersebut.

“Kita periksa dan cocokkan semua hasilnya dinyatakan lengkap. Dan memenuhi persyaratan, dari kedua partai itu kedua-duanya kita terima,” jelas Ketua KPU Kubu Raya ini.

Untuk 18 partai politik (parpol) lainnya akan diberi kesempatan untuk datang pada hari Minggu (14/05/2023). Selanjutnya tahapan verifikasi dokumen persyaratan bacaleg dari tanggal 15-23 Juni 2023.

Jika ada perbaikan, pengajuan dilakukan dari tanggal 26 Juni hingga 9 Juni 2023. Dan proses verifikasi administrasi perbaikan dokumen persyaratan bacaleg dilakukan dari tanggal 10-6 Agustus 2023.

“Sisanya ada 16 parpol, semuanya sudah konfirmasi. Masing-masing parpol sudah diberikan waktu dan ruang,” ucap Karyadi.

Ketua DPD Partai Ucapkan Syukur

Masih dalam kesempatan yang sama, Ketua DPD Partai Nasdem Kubu Raya, Johan Saimana membenarkan bahwa semua berkas dokumen bacaleg Partai Nasdem telah diterima oleh KPU Kubu Raya. Oleh karena itu, dirinya mengucapkan syukur karena proses di tahapan pertama ini berjalan dengan lancar.

“Alhamdulilah kita diterima di KPU dan dinyatakan oleh KPU syarat-syarat kelengkapan bacaleg diterima. Saya ucapkan terimakasih, kepada semua yang terlibat pada tahapan ini. Dan perlu diingat kita masih melalui proses yang panjang,” demikian ujarnya bersemangat.

Mundur sebagai Kepala Desa

Tampak salah seorang bacaleg dari Partai Nasdem untuk Dapil Kubu, Batu Ampar, Terentang (Kubater), Agung Arifin Noor Aziz hadir pada saat itu. Blogger Borneo mengenal Beliau sebagai salah seorang Kepala Desa di Kabupaten Kubu Raya, tepatnya Desa Sumber Agung Kecamatan Batu Ampar.

Sebenarnya masa jabatan Beliau baru akan berakhir di tahun 2025 atau masih ada dua tahun tujuh bulan, akan tetapi karena di tahun 2024 dirinya memutuskan untuk maju sebagai perwakilan daerah pemilih Kubater, maka jabatan tersebut pun dilepaskannya.

“Ini sebagai syarat bahwa kepala desa tidak boleh berafiliasi dengan partai politik. Sehingga saya harus bersikap professional dengan mengundurkan diri sebagai Kades ditanggal 20 Maret 2023. Tahapan-tahapan mengundurkan diri juga sudah keluar surat keputusan pemberhentian kepala desa yang diketahui pak Bupati Kubu Raya,” jelasnya lugas.

Permohonan Maaf Secara Pribadi

Karena masa kepemimpinannya sebenarnya belum berakhir, maka sejak hari dirinya mengundurkan diri sebagai kepala desa, dilakukanlah proses Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW).

“Saya memutuskan diri untuk terjun ke dunia politik menggunakan perahu Nasdem, oleh karena itu saya harus menyanggupi semua persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan.” ujarnya singkat.

Secara pribadi Beliau meminta maaf kepada seluruh masyarakat Desa Sumber Agung khususnya dan kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Kubu Raya umumnya karena tidak dapat menyelesaikan masa kepemimpinannya hingga selesai.

“Karena saya mengambil langkah untuk terjun ke politik dengan tujuan ingin mengembangkan Kabupaten Kubu Raya tercinta ini, maka saya meminta maaf kepada masyarakat Desa Sumber Agung tidak dapat melanjutkan tugas di periode kedua”, demikian ucapnya menutup sesi wawancara. (KO)

What does The Law say about Vacation Days?

This causes, in many cases, sanctions from the authorities or even lawsuits for unrecognized rights. To avoid this, we will explain how vacations are calculated in business days.

According to the current law, at least 30 days of vacation are mandatory for each year worked. These 30 calendar days can be calculated in business days, which would affect this figure.

The accrual of the calendar days of vacation of each employee is calculated by means of a simple formula, which we will see below, and allows the organization of employee vacations.

Each month worked supposes the accrual of 2.5 calendar days of vacation that, multiplied by the 12 months of the year, gives a result of 30 calendar days, which is the total contemplated by the legislation as a minimum to be enjoyed.

The transformation of vacation days into working days does not depend on the professional sector or contractual modality.

For example, if an employee stays for 6 months, they will have 15 calendar days (at least), as established in the Workers’ Statute. If the employee terminates his relationship with the company and has not enjoyed accrued vacation days, these days will be remunerated and will be collected in the settlement.

Difference between Business Days and Calendar Days on Holidays

Working days, on the one hand, are the days in which, since they are not holidays, professional activity is carried out on a regular basis. These correspond, in a week, with the period that goes from Monday to Friday. In other words, working days are effective working days. Therefore, it is essential to know how many business days are vacations.

On the other hand, calendar days are every day of the year, from Monday to Sunday, taking into account holidays, etc. Holidays always count as natural, but not when we talk about vacations on working days. In these situations, it is best to have a vacation manager.

Every year the work calendar is published together with the holidays. Previous year 2022, for example, there are eight national holidays (that is, they cannot be modified by the autonomous communities) and four that can be replaced. These remain under the authority of the autonomous communities, to which two others of a local nature should be added.

Let’s Give an Example:

If a worker takes a vacation from August 1 to 31, and they are counted as calendar days, they will count every day of the month. In this sense, it will carry out 31 days of natural vacations (since Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, such as Monday the 15th, are taken into account).

If, on the other hand, this employee enjoys vacations on business days, they will be computed as days to be enjoyed from Monday to Friday, without taking into account Saturdays, Sundays or the 15th, which is a holiday.

How to Calculate Holidays on Working Days?

The Statute establishes a minimum vacation period of 30 calendar days. The formula to calculate these “minimum” days as working days is to divide them /1.4. 30 days /1.4 = 22 minimum working days of vacation per year.

The collective agreement or business agreement can set a different amount, always above these 22 business days.

In other words, the vacations generated per month worked are equivalent to a minimum of 1.8 working days (22 working days/ 12 months).

As in the previous case, temporary contracts apply the same formula to generate vacations. They are not usually paid at the end of the period. If when the temporary contract ends, all accrued vacation days have not been used, they are settled in the settlement, but this does not always happen. Obviously, this is the minimum established by law and can only be modified to expand it, never to reduce it.

Can Vacations be Substituted for Paid Days?

This is one of the most repeated questions within the human resources sector.

That an employee does not enjoy his holidays is an express prohibition contemplated in the Workers’ Statute. Vacation days (natural or working days) cannot be financially compensated, they must be enjoyed.

Vacation days, whether natural or work, are days of paid rest. That is to say, the employee for justified cause is “absent” from his provision of services but continues to be paid for them.

The Statute provides that, on certain occasions, when vacations could not be taken in the calendar year, they can be taken in the following one.

One day today he tried Windows 11 on different computers, but they have all been last generation systems with more than acceptable hardware configurations, so it is understandable that the experience he has had has been, in general, quite good.

However, this does not mean that it has not had problems, in fact the opposite has happened. For example, a recent Windows 11 update knocked out the Wi-Fi connection on the test machine we used in our tests, and I spent several hours getting the connection back on.

Yes, it was a disaster, and the culprit was Windows 11 and its update system, which ended a serious conflict and forced me to tinker for a long time.  A normal user would not have been able to solve the problem, and would have had to resort to technical support, which would have cost him considerable money.

Based on all the experiences he has accumulated with Windows 11, he thought it would be a good idea to compile five common problems that can give you more than one headache with that system, and show you the solution directly so you don’t have to waste time searching.

If, despite everything, you have made the leap to Windows 11, you can improve performance by closing background applications and limiting those that load at startup. We have also seen excessive RAM consumption problems associated with programs and applications that are still active despite having been closed, which generates increasing RAM consumption that in some cases can cause problems.

To solve this problem we can force the closing of the program or the application through the “Task Manager”, whenever it appears listed in it, or if this is not possible we can restart the “Windows Explorer”.

To do this, we just have to access the “Task Manager”, right-click on the “Windows Explorer” and choose the “restart” option. The reset process will not take more than a few seconds, and don’t worry, it is completely safe and does not cause any kind of problem.

3. The Taskbar and The Start Menu do not Work

This is a problem that I have also suffered with Windows 10, and the truth is that I was surprised to experience it again in Windows 11. It can be very annoying and complicated to solve if we do not know where we have to go, so that is why I am going to give you three possible solutions.

The first is the easiest, restart the computer. We can do it by pressing “Alt + F4” and choosing the restart option. We can also press “Control + Alt + Delete” to access the power off and on options.

If this does not work, we can repeat the step of restarting the “Windows Explorer” that we have given you in point two. The most normal thing is that this step works correctly, that is, that it solves the problem, but if this does not happen, we have a third, more complicated option, which I am going to detail below:

  • Press the Windows key and type “cmd” to launch the console. It is not necessary to do the previous step of “Execute”. We right click on the corresponding result and choose the option to run as administrator.
